We will only accept merchandise for
return or exchange provided that it is
returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Product and packaging must be in NEW condition. Merchandise is not
eligible for
return if an attempt has been made to install it.
You must provide a copy of your invoice and instructions on how you like
your return to be
handled with the returned parts. (Refund, Exchange, Etc.)
Returned items must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D
returns.
Special ordered items and electrical items are not returnable.
All "Accepted" items are subject to a minimum 10% handling / restocking
fee.
Do not return items to our event trailer. All returns must be processed
through
our Oklahoma City office.
Some parts in this web site may not be legal for sale or use in
California on any
pollution controlled motor vehicle.
